Do you sell genuine OEM motorcycle parts?
Yes. We source genuine main dealer (OEM) parts directly from the manufacturer networks. Because they are ordered in specially, carriage charges apply and the parts follow the manufacturer's pricing – we always quote the full cost clearly before ordering. OEM parts require payment upfront and are non-returnable special orders.
How long does parts collection take?
We keep a wide range of consumables in stock to collect straight away. For anything specific, we can order most standard service parts for collection from our Swindon Parts Department within 48 hours.
Which motorcycle parts brands do you stock?

Do you post parts, or is it collection only?
Our parts counter is set up for collection from our Swindon Parts Department. If you would like a part posted out, contact the parts team on 01793 547000 and we will let you know what we can arrange.
Do I have to pay upfront for special orders?
Yes. All ordered parts must be paid for in full at the time of ordering. Any part specifically ordered in for your bike is classed as a special order and is non-returnable.
